All companies have the right to carry out subsidized training for their workers, for which they have an annual credit. The credit available for each company will vary depending on the contributions that it has made during the previous year, relative to the contingency for professional training and the volume of staff that it had.

SMEs with up to 5 workers and newly opened companies can also access training, for which they will have a credit of at least € 420. This amount, set by the government, has been set in order to guarantee access to training for small business workers.

• 6 to 9 workers: 100% of the quoted amount.
